History

Canadian Automotive Training & Technology Ltd. (CATT) evolved from our former name Sales & ServicePro Canada which started in 1997. In 1997 CATT was primarily a sales and service training company providing services to dealerships and manufacturers in Canada. As requests for our services grew we realized that dealerships needed more than just training, they needed technology to support their new process. That’s why today CATT can offer a unique package containing training, business development and technology.





Training
CATT offers a complete package when it comes to training. Sales training programs  are for new recruits or seasoned veterans, either way it starts with the basics. There is no need to reinvent anything. Selling is an art. All you have to do is have a desire to sell combined with the right attitude and success will be a given. We help your team face the challenges of change. We also teach interpersonal skills to service managers, service advisors and sales staff. We all need to understand what the customer’s expectations are today. Then we must understand what impact it has on the bottom line when these expectations are not met. All CATT training can be customized in substance and can be held in your dealership or offsite. CATT has developed a suite of software programs that will assist dealerships in being more productive. Most of our programs were developed to help save time and allow a dealerships staff to communicate better. Our software programs allow you to deliver better service to your customers. Our programs operate at a fraction of the cost of others. Furthermore, our customers say they are much easier to use. Some dealerships have been using our programs for over 10 years, because they work.
