ServicePro is not for everyone,  it ‘s design was to increase communication within the service department enviorment. It will help when an additional employee is not fessible. With retention the focus of most dealerships theses days a rewards program is what your customers are looking for. LoyalityPro is designed after most other loyalty programs with two differences. The first difference is that you can administer the program yourself. DeliveryPro
You know those Arrival and Departure screens you see at the airport? CATT has taken that concept and created a computer and showroom based Delivery Board for your dealership. Using your dealership computer system and an optional 40" plasma screen, the CATT system tracks the delivery process through the Business Manager, Salesperson, Detail Dept. and Service Dept. As the various tasks are completed in the delivery process the computer and Delivery Board is updated. It keeps everyone involved in the delivery process. The Salesperson can even check from home to see if their delivery is going to be on time or if it is delayed. And if a delivery is delayed, Delivery Pro will enable a manager to find out exactly why it has been delayed so he can rectify the issue and eliminate all future delivery delays.

GasPro
You know those annoying Gas slips requests you get pestered with throughout the day. Who is asking? Didn't I just write one for that vehicle yesterday? Now the accountant is yelling again, because nothing reconciles at the end of the month. CATT created a simple solution, GasPro. If someone needs a gas slip, they can call or email you, then go into GasPro, put in the stock#, mileage, Dept: New/Used, Employee and $ amount. Gas Pro will then show you the history of all Gas Slips written on that unit. It will tell you if someone put $20 in that unit yesterday and at what mileage, there by answering a number of questions. You would then print the slip on any one of several small printers set up around the dealership (you can even access Gas Pro from your Blackberry). And the best part is you will never be yelled at by the accountant again because there is a complete history available to him at any time. You can also set limits on manager’s monthly gas allowances. It won't print a slip once they go over their limit. And the best part, it will cost you less than a couple tanks of gas a month.
